Jeep's EV plans will be revealed on September 8

Jeep Wrangler 4xe became America's best-selling plug-in hybrid, and a Grand Cherokee 4xe followed early this year.

However, the company's electrification adventure is just beginning, and they'll release additional specifics on September 8th.

Jeep is keeping details secret, but says it's "accelerating toward Zero Emission Freedom" and soon unveil electrification plans. The company produced a teaser video on social media saying they'll "enter a new era of electrification"

These words suggest the business may unveil additional details about the electric vehicles teased during Stellantis EV Day in 2021. One resembled an electric Grand Cherokee, while the other was more boxy.

In addition to these two mystery cars, Jeep has teased a compact EV called the Jeepster that will debut at the Paris Motor Show in October. The business has introduced two electric Wrangler ideas called Magneto.

While doubts persist, it's apparent that Jeep is embracing electrification and its future is electric.
