Honda published pricing for new Civic Type R accessories in Japan.
The parts were debuted in July and add flair to the hot hatch. The new carbon fiber rear wing is the most eye-catching and expensive Civic Type R accessory, costing 275,000 Yen ($1,959).
This wing weighs 1 kg (2.2 lbs) less and creates more downforce than the normal wing.
The only additional exterior item offered for the Civic Type R are the bright red wing mirrors, setting consumers back 15,400 Yen ($109).
These include puddle lights (38,500 yen – $274), a carbon fiber and red polyester center console (47,300 yen – $337), carbon fiber and red polyester door panels (56,100 yen – $399), distinctive floor mats (66,000 yen – $470), illuminated side step garnishes (30,800 yen – $219), an illuminated center console and cup holders (22,000 yen – $156), inner door handle and door
Final Civic Type R extras include a $156 wireless charger, exterior protection films, and a $78 tailgate light.
Honda Access sells these parts in Japan, but it's unclear if they'll be exported. Even if they don't, aftermarket tuners will manufacture carbon fiber rear wings for the car.
