Independent Designer Imagines Minimalist EV Porsche 911 2030 Concept

Independent designer Nicolas Vigier has created a concept for a fully electric Porsche 911, imagining how the iconic sports car could look in an EV-only world.

The concept features organic shapes mixed with the robust shapes of Porsche Design, resulting in a minimalist EV sports car with futuristic styling.

The EV powertrain frees up space in the rear of the car, allowing for a shorter rear overhang.

The designer also included swappable floor-mounted batteries and an electric motor positioned behind the two-seater cabin.

Porsche is preparing to introduce a hybrid version of the 911 and will expand its EV range with the next-gen 718 sports cars and the new Macan SUV.
