Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore will begin streaming on HBO Max next week after a 45-day exclusive theatrical window.

The latest installment in the Fantastic Beasts series will be available on the streaming service on May 30. On April 8, the film was released in select markets before going wide on April 15.

Warner Bros. agreed to a 45-day theatrical window for all of its films scheduled to be released in 2022, which will continue with the release of Fantastic Beasts 3.

Fantastic Beasts 3 had the lowest box office opening in North American theaters, grossing $42.15 million, compared to the previous films in the Wizarding World franchise. The film also had the series' worst international opening weekend, grossing $58 million from 22 markets. Its current global revenue is $388.51 million, with a production budget of $200 million.

Fantastic Beasts 4 and 5 have yet to be announced, as Warner Bros. insisted on reviewing the box office performance of the Fantastic Beasts trilogy before announcing the future films.
