The BMW M Award for MotoGP's best qualifier will be special this year. The 2022 winner will get the first BMW M3 Touring this weekend in Silverstone.
First M3 Competition Touring out of the factory is Frozen Black with Merino/Black leather M sport seats.
A 3.0-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder engine produces 503 hp and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque. Standard M xDrive sends power to all four wheels via an 8-speed auto.
BMW will show off the model at the British Grand Prix in Silverstone after its debut in June at Goodwood. Frozen Black M3 Touring will be joined by the official M3 Touring MotoGP Safety Car this weekend.
The winner will get the keys at the end of the season, and public deliveries are scheduled for November.
BMW M's 50th anniversary and the 20th BMW M Award in MotoGP since 2003 were celebrated with the gift. The rider with the most qualifying points is awarded a prize each year.
