2023 Chrysler 300C Sold Out, Waiting List Created

Chrysler sold 2,200 300C sedans in 12 hours. After its reveal on September 13 at 6 PM EDT, a website page allowed interested parties to claim one. Even though all reservations are full, you can still put your name on a waiting list.

You can still get one if enough people cancel their preorders. Chrysler CEO Chris Feuell told Motor Trend that all 2,000 U.S. and 200 Canadian vehicles have been sold after an undisclosed deposit.

Bright White, Velvet Red, and Gloss Black were offered, along with red Brembo brake calipers and a tri-color 300C badge.

After 2023, the 300C will be the last fullsize sedan. The $55,000 high-performance version will be delivered next spring. The non-C model is available for the final year virtually unchanged, but the Touring trim level can now be equipped with SafeyTec Plus.

Automatic wipers, front and rear park assist, adaptive cruise control, and Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking are included. Chrysler includes a 6-speaker, 276-watt Alpine sound system.

The 300C is a large, heavy sedan with decent performance. It hits 60 mph in 4.3 seconds and the quarter mile in 12.4 seconds before reaching 160 mph (278 km/h). It's made possible by a 485-hp, 6.4-liter HEMI V8 and an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Chrysler's 2023 300C is on display in Detroit until September 25.
