2023 Acura TL Type S PMC Edition Has NSX Colors

Closure of Giga Shanghai, and Tesla, like the majority of automakers, is fighting hard against the chip shortage and supply chain constraints.

Acura's Performance Manufacturing Center in Ohio hand-assembled the 2023 TLX Type S PMC Edition.

Curva Red, 130R White, and Long Beach Blue are the PMC Edition colors. Roofs, antennas, and door handles are all Berlina Black.

Carbon fiber rear decklid spoiler and diffuser. Lower sills get black trim. Black chrome exhaust pipes.

They have 20-inch copper-colored Y-spoke wheels. Acura's design was inspired by the NSX. They have 255/35 Pirelli P-Zero tires.

The TLX Type S PMC Edition's interior colors match the body color. The Curva Red's Ebony interior includes red contrast stitching. Blue Pearl automobiles have Orchid upholstery with blue stitching. White 130R with Red inside.

All versions have leather and Ultrasuede seats. Flat-bottom, heated steering wheel.

Carbon-fiber trim and lighted side sills are inside. Type S floor mats are branded. Center console has serial number plaque.

PMC Edition cars are quality-checked like NSX. The builders dyno each vehicle, evaluate the paint, and simulate rough roads.

These automobiles are delivered differently. Covers preserve the paint. A single-car transporter transports the vehicle to the dealer.

Acura produced 200 Long Beach Blue RDXs, 260 Thermal Orange RDXs, 330 Valencia Red MDXs, and 360 Valencia Red TLXs.

PMC doesn't influence TLX Type S's powertrain. It has a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine with 355 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque. All-wheel-drive is powered by a 10-speed automatic transmission.
